Please note to obtain an Irish VAT number we will require proof that the company has ‘ trading activity’ in Ireland, whether this is a trading office/warehouse/customers/suppliers/partners/website in Ireland.

Director Bond:

If none of the directors is an Irish resident, then the company must pay a Director Bond Fee of 2000 EUR every two years (the first two years are covered in each package) or, alternatively, the company can nominate a local Irish Nominee Director. Please contact us for further information about this second solution.

Personal Documents to prepare:

For Package1 a copy by email of the passport and one utility bill will be enough to start the incorporation
For Package 2 and Package 3 that includes bank account application Please note the bank will require KYC/Due Diligence documentation for each each Director/Signatory which includes the following:

• Certified Copy of Passport for each Director/Signatory (mimimum 2 copies must be certified by Lawyer, Accountant or Bank Official)

• Two Documents advising residential address (Original Utility Bills) : For each each Director/Signatory. Must be dated in last 3 months.

• Bank Statement/Credit Card Bill or Letter of Recommendation from Bank

About Audit/Accountancy:

With regard to Audit/Accountancy Fees, these would generally start at around EUR1500-EUR2000 per year. Nevertheless, it is difficult to give an exact price as the complexity, number of unforeseen issues, and number of transactions tend to differ from case to case.
