In Dubai there are 2 types of companies that we can incorporate for you :

Free Zone Company

Free Zone Company / Offshore Status/ (FZCO):

The offshore type of company is much more simple to form. We can do everything via the Internet and post-mail. However, compared to other offshore countries, Dubai requires several specific steps in order to form your company without coming to Dubai. You will need to print, sign, notarize a Power of Attorney (POA), and then get it apostiled by the U.A.E embassy of your country. Once you have this legalized POA you will have to send it back to us via post-mail so that we can incorporate the offshore Dubai company on your behalf. If you do not wish to go through this step of POA legalization you can come to Dubai to sign the POA and other documents. A 3- to 5- day stay will be necessary.

Limited Liability Company

Limited Liability Company (LLC):

Incorporation of this type of company is not possible without making a trip to Dubai. Because incorporation of LLC companies is a bit more complicated and because you will need to select a fitting business licence type as well offshore zone, it is necessary that you come to Dubai and meet with our adviser/lawyer to better identify your needs. A 5 day-stay in Dubai might be necessary to go through all the processes of setting up a new LLC company in one of Dubai’s free zones.  For UAE companies like LLC or branch, no quotation or fixed price can be published online. Each project needs an individual consultation and research in order to identify the licence type, the government fees, and the requirements. Only then can a quotation be sent. We require any interested parties to start with our EUR 149.00 consultation service in order to produce this initial batch of information about any LLC or branch company formation project in the UAE and Dubai. In such as case, please feel free to contact us.

Requirements

2 weeks before your coming to Dubai the following requirements have to be fulfilled ( documents have to be provided for each director/shareholder) :

  • Provide a certified copy of passport
  • Provide an original proof of address
  • Provide a CV or explain your professional experience
  • Provide a bank reference letter
  • Design at least 2 directors
  • Pay 50% of the fees


Bank Account for an Offshore Dubai Company

We can open a bank account for your company in Dubai. However, it is still in your best interest to make a trip to Dubai to sign all papers. We might also be able to open a bank account for you from a remote location, but the process will take longer and is more risky (€ 499.00).
