What are the annual fees?

Every year you have to pay an annual tax (from USD 60 to USD 200) and EUR 200 agency fees to keep your company up to date (the first year annual fees are included in all our packs). Then, depending of the services you choose, you will have to renew them every year ( US business address etc…)

How does the company formation order work ?

D Day : From the D day we receive your order and your payment, we reserve the name of your company within 24 hours.
D Day + 3 days : If you choose the express delivery option your company is registered within 3 days.
Otherwise please note that the following delay is applied :
D Day + 4 weeks: Registration of your company (without express option), we send to you an e-mail/fax copy of the company documents. The original ones are sent by post service. If you take a bank account as well, once your company is officially registered we send you a form to fill up.
D Day + 6 weeks : When we receive your form properly filled up and all the extra documents we need, we launch the creation process that can be done within 2 days to 3 weeks depending of the banks.
D Day + 8 weeks : Your bank account is opened, we inform you about your banking informations and you receive directly all what you need concerning credit card, cheques etc….by post service.
